This dial was created for a Franck Muller watch, featuring Renoir's Bal du moulin de la Galette painting.

This dial featured multiple layers of complexity. To begin, the dial is curved, so a special tool was created to ensure that the dial's curvature remained the same in accordance to the specifications throughout multiple firings.

An additional thin (0.20 mm) curved gold plate was machined and baked onto the counter enamel on the backside of the dial to accommodate the exact fit to accept the curved metal disk. This disk serves as an intermediary component between the dial and the movement.
