Watches featuring Grand Feu Enamel Dials are part of limited production runs. Initial production run is seventy watches (five per model). Priority in processing orders will be accorded to existing customers.

Should your desired dial be in stock, the following procedures shall apply:

Upon confirmation of availability, full prepayment will be required. Upon receipt of payment, your watch shall undergo assembly, regulation, testing, and subsequent shipment within a period not exceeding 14 days. Orders failing to be fully paid within a span of three days shall be subject to cancellation. Given the bespoke nature of our products, refunds shall not be extended beyond three days after receipt of payment.

In the event that your desired dial is not available in our current inventory, we will communicate with you regarding an estimated production schedule and deposit.

A DHL shipping and insurance fee of $110 USD will be added to all orders. Canadian customers are subject to a 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).

Given the custom nature of our products, refunds shall not be entertained. Orders not fully settled within a period of three days shall be subject to cancellation.
